Thursday night, Friday morning. September 5, 2008 at 2.30. That night is the night where I did a certain job for one of my customer. After all the time I have had acompanied, now I have to do it by myself. It’s a no-no for babysitting time.

I have made some preparations, before ..yet things didn’t run well.

Yeah, I could blame it on other.. as it was a team-work job and somebody did make a big screwed-up thing. But, I also lacked of preparation. When it came to the very last-minute.. the time when I should take some action in a very short period of time; it appeared to be taking longer than expected. The total job was then, perceived as a failure, since the customer didn’t want to take the risk caused by the delay.

And so I got a lesson-to-learn.. a thing I should avoid of doing the same mistake again. I don’t know how big is the damaged-cost caused by this lacking of preparation. But I do know that, experience is the best teacher of all. Eventhough it took a helluva time .. and money.
